Ingredients: Orange Sweet Potatoes 95%, Sunflower oil

Keep Refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours of purchase
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase.
Consume within 1 month after freezing. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For Oven: For oven: Remove product from packaging and place on a baking tray. Put in a pre-heated oven at 200⁰C or gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally.
From Frozen: From frozen cook as above but for 25 minutes.
